At 978 Jerseys LLC, all products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed. Please review the production and shipping timelines below before completing your purchase.

Production Times

Custom Jerseys

All jerseys are custom produced after purchase.

Production Time: 12–15 business days

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via USPS.

Estimated Shipping Time: 3–5 business days

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Crewnecks, etc.)

Apparel items are printed after purchase.

Production Time: 3–7 business days

Once production is complete, your order will ship via standard ground shipping.

Estimated Shipping Time: 2–5 business days

Order Processing

Production begins after payment has been successfully processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.

Production time and shipping time are separate estimates.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update once a label has been created.

Delivery Responsibility

978 Jerseys LLC is responsible for preparing and shipping your order. Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS or other carrier), delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

978 Jerseys LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other shipping service interruptions.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

978 Jerseys LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, 978 Jerseys LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim if necessary.

Customer Agreement

By completing a purchase from 978 Jerseys LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the production and shipping timelines listed in this policy.
